West Ham United’s Ghanaian midfielder, Mohammed Kudus, secures the Goal of the Season accolade with an awe-inspiring display of skill.
Kudus, 23, dazzled spectators at London Stadium with a mesmerizing solo run, dribbling from his own half to the opponent’s goal and confidently slotting the ball home with his weaker right foot.
The remarkable goal occurred during West Ham’s 5-0 UEFA Europa League round of 16 second leg victory over German side Freiburg, where Kudus displayed his unstoppable form by picking up possession 70 yards from goal, sprinting past three defenders, and calmly beating the goalkeeper.
Since his arrival from Ajax last year, Kudus has left an indelible mark on the Premier League, contributing to a total of 18 goals across all competitions, with 13 goals and five assists to his credit.
