Adisadel Youth SC finished as winners of Cape Coast Metro Football Association 2023-24 Division three League with 11 wins in 13 games this season. They drew one and lost one . They accumulated 34 points to top the group.
Other teams in different zone have booked themselves a slot in the Division Three Middle League, which will determine the team secure promotion to the Division two League from the Central Region as table toppers from their respective zones.
