Asante Kotoko SC will welcome newly promoted first division club, Raimasters FC, this morning at Adako Jachie Training complex.
The Porcupine Warriors lads will have their second pre-season friendly match in adako Jachie at 9:00am as they are preparing for the upcoming season.
Asante Kotoko thrashed lower-tier side Arthur Football Academy in their first pre-seaeon last Saturday morning in Kumasi, winning the match 8-0 at the Adako Jachie training ground.
The match allowed the coaching staff to assess the team’s fitness levels, tactics, and overall performance. It also provided an opportunity for the newly recruited players to showcase their skills.
The friendly match is a significant as it precedes Kotoko’s upcoming clash against Medeama on Friday, August 17, 2024, which will mark the grand opening and handover of the new Tarkwa and Aboso Stadium, a 12,000-seater ultra-modern facility financed by Gold Fields.
