DUNKIRK: Hearts of Oak board meets technical team, players & sends STRONG message to the fans

The Accra Hearts of Oak Board has issued a public statement reaffirming its confidence in the club’s technical team, led by head coach Aboubakar Ouattara, and the players, following their opening day defeat in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League.

Despite the disappointing 1-0 loss to newly-promoted Basake Holy Stars, the board expressed strong belief in the team’s capabilities and urged fans to stand behind the squad.

In a meeting with the technical team and players, the board emphasized the importance of discipline, competitiveness, and maintaining high professional standards throughout the season.

The players were encouraged to stay focused, adhere to the instructions of the coaching staff, and refrain from conduct that could negatively impact their careers.
