Hearts of Oak head coach Aboubakar Ouattara has affirmed that his team will not underestimate Dreams FC in their upcoming Ghana Premier League encounter, despite the latter’s ongoing struggles this season.
The Phobians are aiming to secure back-to-back victories for the first time this season as they take on the faltering Dreams FC at the Tuba AstroTurf in Kasoa on Sunday. While Dreams FC has yet to register a win, Hearts of Oak remains unbeaten in their last four matches.
In his pre-match press conference, Ouattara emphasized the importance of approaching each game with a winning mindset. “You know, it’s Hearts of Oak. When we are going to battle, we are battling for the first things, to get maximum points. You understand?” he said.
He continued, “We are fighting to get the maximum points. It doesn’t mean that we are underrating anybody. We won’t underrate anybody. We respect them. We know they are a strong side.
”Currently, Hearts of Oak sits ninth on the Ghana Premier League table with eight points, while Dreams FC is struggling in second from bottom with just three points from six games.
