Accra Hearts of Oak duo, Suraj Seidu, and Gideon Asante Yeboah have informed the management of the club to terminate their contracts.
Ghanasportspage.com can exclusively confirm that the two players are seeking to end their stints with the Rainbows, something that would pave the way for them to open a new chapter.
As confirmed, the players are expected to leave in the ongoing transfer due to a lack of playing time.
Suraj and Yeboah have fallen well down in the coach’s pecking order and are yet to play a minute in an official match for the Rainbows this season.
Suraj Seidu joined Accra Hearts of Oak during the 2021/22 season as a free agent after parting ways Phar Rangers.
Following his arrival, he played an important role in powering the ‘Phobians’ to the FA Cup title that year, having defeated Bechem United in Kumasi.
However, Yeboah, one of the few positives in the Phobians set-up two seasons ago as he wowed the fans with scintillating performances, has struggled to cement a place in Coach Aboubakar Ouattarra’s team.
