Hearts of Oak have bolstered their squad with the signing of attacking midfielder Seth Osei during the ongoing January transfer window.
Osei, who recently concluded a stint with South African Premier League side TS Galaxy, had been training with the Phobians upon his return to Ghana. After impressing the technical team, the club secured his services on a two-and-a-half-year deal.
The experienced playmaker is set to feature in the second half of the Ghana Premier League season, adding depth and creativity to Hearts of Oak’s midfield following the departure of Saani Mohammed to Danish side AC Horsens.
Osei brings significant experience to the Phobians, having made over 50 appearances in the Ghanaian top-flight, scoring seven goals during his time with Eleven Wonders and Ashantigold.
His arrival is expected to strengthen Hearts of Oak’s push for the league title in the ongoing campaign.
