Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko SC have ended their contract with defender Samuel Tenadu, with reports citing medical reasons for the termination of contract.
The talented left-back has being hit with a long time injury not allowing him return to the pitch for several months. Despite, signing a three-year deal with the Porcupine Warriors will not enjoy any moment again.
He joined Kotoko from Legon Cities FC in the 2024/25 league season, enjoining a season and half and will now bow out due to reoccurring injuries.
During the early days of Tenadu’s signing at the Reds, he was hugely tipped to flourish with his tenacity and drive, expected to fill the gap of Ibrahim Moro, however failed with injuries worrying his stints at the club.
The club is expected to communicate his departure to the media in the coming days, hence already in the transfer market for his replacement.
