Hearts of Oak defender Kelvin Osei Asibey has expressed his readiness to represent Ghana at the international level, stating that he remains committed to earning a call-up to the Black Stars through consistent performances.
The Phobians player believes every Ghanaian footballer harbours the ambition of playing for the national team and insists he is prepared to answer the call whenever the opportunity arises.
“I think every Ghanaian player deserves a call-up to the national team. And I’m a citizen of Ghana. I’m still doing my best. So anytime they need me to serve, I’m ready,” Osei Asibey told Kessben FM.
The versatile defender has been one of Hearts of Oak’s dependable performers this season, with his displays attracting attention as discussions around potential national team selections continue.
