Reports emerging from the corridors of Asante Kotoko SC has confirmed that midfielder Andrews Ntim Manu’s stay with the club is over, at the end of the 2025/26 league season.
According to a reliable source, the club decision to offload the Ghanaian is due to injury records of the player.
Ntim got injured in July 2025 and since then hardly returned to the pitch, leaving the club with no option than let him off. He suffered an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) during Kotoko MTN FA Cup clash final against Golden Kicks last season, where the midfielder was hauled off, five minutes into the second.
Recovery and rehabilitation have being back and forth, hence Asante Kotoko SC giving up on his potentials.
Ntim has refused surgery, opting for local herbal medication but prolonging his return to the field.
He joined Kotoko in 2024 on a free transfer after signing running till 2026.
