A staunch Asante Kotoko SC supporter Peter Boadum Brebi popularly known in the football circles as Okocha has donated 5 crates of assorted drinks and 6 packs of bottle water to the Asante Kotoko Junior team the Young Porcupines.
The Young Porcupines went 12 games unbeaten while qualifying for the Promotional Middle league in the Ashanti region. They are currently preparing to compete in the next stage which will. see them vying for a place in the second division.
Okocha who says he has been moved by the performance of the players, coached by Hamza Mohammed and includes former Kotoko stars Eric Nii Baah and Michael Akuffu. He congratulated them and pushed them to go all out and win a slot for the Fabulous Club.
The players and technical team were very grateful and promised to continue making Kotoko supporters happy. This is the second time the Young Porcupines are making this attempt as they also played in the competition last season but failed to clinch a spot .
