Quaye (18 – 0, 15 KOs), delivered a short left hook to the chin and followed with a straight right hook to the chest sending his opponent to the canvas. Quaye attacked Sarouna after the count with a scathing straight right to his face falling heavily on the ropes and then to the canvas again. Referee Shadrack Acquaye counted and waved to signal the end of the fight.
The 26-year-old former WBO Africa super lightweight interim recently signed a co-managerial contract with his new promoters (ACE POWER Promotions) and his former managers and very confident 2021 is going to be a very good year for him.
