The Ghana Football Association (GFA) newly elected President Kurt E. S. Okraku’s pre election campaign message of igniting passion among Ghanaian football fraternity has officially taken effect following the FA announcement of plans to launch a passion ignition campaign for the Black Stars 2021 AFCON qualifying campaign.
On Wednesday the GFA announced plans to launch a campaign to rekindle the passion of the general public in the Black stars. The said campaign hashtagged #bringbackthelove is aimed at reigniting the passion of the general public for the Black Stars as they embark on redemption mission after a disappointing performance in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt where Ghana bowed out after losing on penalties to Tunisia in the round of 16 stage.
The GFA will partner the media to sell the #Bringbackthelove campaign which will involve coaches, Executives of the GFA and just to mention few.
Details of the campaign will be announced by the GFA before Ghana hosts South Africa for the 2021 AFCON qualifier in Cape Coast scheduled for November 14.
