The EFL teams have passed a second series of coronavirus tests. The results fell and the League, via a press release, informs us this Saturday evening that 17 people have tested positive. Ten of them are scattered in eight Championship clubs (English D2). This is particularly the case of Fulham, who announced on Thursday concerning two positive cases in its ranks. Other clubs affected by the disease in Championship include Cardiff City, Preston and Middlesbrough. The three clubs each have a Covid-19 case.
Of the 17 positive people, the last seven are members of three League Two clubs (English D4). The League One teams (English D3) have not been tested. “Players or club staff who have tested positive will now self-isolate in accordance with guidelines provided by EFL and only those who have tested negative will be allowed into the training ground facilities.
