After seven months without football, goalkeeper Emmanuel Osei Kwame is set to return from injury to play football again.
Emmanuel Osei Kwame underwent a successful injury at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in June 2020.
The brilliant goalkeeper had to go through surgery due to recurring injury resurfaced shortly after joining the Porcupine Warriors from the Eleven is to One boys, limiting him to the bench on match days.
In an exclusive interview with the goalkeeper on Opemsuo 104.7 FM evening sports show, Pramaso, he revealed his current situation.
“I have started private training on my own after seven months of battling with injury. It’s been seven months since I had the surgery, and it looks positive for now.”
“I was ruled out for eight months by the Medical team, but now, I can say I am better, and I will soon return to the pitch,” he concluded.
The 26-year-old goalkeeper who has played for Inter Allies and Asante Kotoko is known for his technical ingenuity in post and how he has carved a niche in penalty shootouts.
