After six years of an illustrious career, Luis Suárez has left Barcelona as free agent to join Athletico Madrid, and the Catalan club has duly bid him a befitting farewell, describing him as “a Barça legend”.
Barcelona organised a grand farewell ceremony for Suárez, and have compiled in a “Thank You” video memorable moments of the Uruguayan forward for the club, featuring some classic goals he score for the club.
While answering questions from the press, he had to respond to what to expect if he happens to meet and play against Barcelona, and his response is touching.
“It’s always special when you face your former team … It will be special for them as well”, he replied.
