Winger Emmanuel Gyamfi has agreed to extend his contract with Asante Kotoko SC.
Gyamfi, according to a grapevine source has verbally agreed on a one-year extension with the Porcupine Warriors which will keep him in Kumasi until 2022.
The pacy attacker has had his contract expired at the club and was excluded in the team that played Liberty on Sunday at Sogakope but has been tied down by the Reds to fend off interest from clubs.
The former WA All-Stars (Legon Cities) player has won 5 major trophies with the club since he joined in 2016 including the FA cup in 2017 and was a key member of the Kotoko squad that placed third in the 2016 Ghana league clubs Association competition by emerging as the top scorer with four goals.
Gyamfi has found the back of the net three times with three assists this season in the Premier League with two MVP awards.
