UEFA has named the Champions League squad of the week with Premier League side Chelsea dominating.
Chelsea won the 2020/21 Champions League trophy after beating Manchester City 1-0 in the finals over the weekend. Kai Havertz scored the only goal in the second half to deny City the chance to win the trophy in their first UCL final appearance.
And now UEFA has named 23 players with Chelsea dominating the squad.
N’Golo Kante who was the man of the match in the finals is on the list as well as the goalkeeper Edouard Mendy who kept a record-equalling nine clean sheets included.
Runners-ups City has a number of players in the squad including the likes of Ederson, Ruben Dias, Gundogan, Kevin De Bruyne, and Phil Foden.
