Hearts of Oak have awarded crooked midfielder, Mamane Lawali a fresh one-year contract extension, Phobia news HQ reports.
The Nigerien midfielder joined the Phobians last year and started the 2020/2021 football season as one of the key players in their starting eleven.
Midway through the first half of the campaign, he, unfortunately, suffered an injury setback and forced to sit on the sidelines.
However, Phobia news HQ report that the midfielder have extended his stay with the Rainbow lads until the 2021/ 2022 season, pending an official announcement from the club.
Hearts of Oak will arrange for his surgery in the coming days.
Before joining the Phobians, Lawali played for Nigerien giants AS Douanes where he won two league titles in 2016 and 2017. He was also a Niger Cup winner in 2015.
He once featured for JS Tahoua and Sudanese club Al-Merrick.
