Former Asante Kotoko forward Joe Okyere has praised the Porcupine Warriors for their sterling performance in the ongoing 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
Asante Kotoko SC have succeeded in placing top with arch rivals Hearts of Oak SC with 53 points each but Hearts of Oak SC leading due to goal difference. They begun their campaign at the Accra Sports Stadium due to the renovation works at their favorite home grounds Baba Yara Stadium.
They played all their first round of the Ghana Premier League games at their arch rivals Hearts of Oak SC home grounds, the Nation’s Wembley.
In the second round of matches, Asante Kotoko SC shifted their home games to the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium.
Despite, switching their home venue have performed well to receive applauds from their former attacker.
