With just three games remaining, the Tampico boys suffered their 19th league loss of the season, leaving them 10 points adrift of safety.
Inter Allies stormed into the Ghana Premier League in 2013 after defeating Danbort FC in Kumasi in the Ghana FA division one league. However, they have struggled mightily this season, going four straight games without a win in their last four games, trailing the next team on the log, Elmina Sharks with 9 points.
Allies also trail King Faisal, the team placed at 15th on the Ghana Premier League log by 10 points.
With these numbers, Inter Allies will still not survive the season if they win all remaining three games.
They won their first game of the season on November 29, 2020, against Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports Stadium having drawn and tasted one defeat in their first two games of the season, and showed no signs of revival by losing 9 of their next 10 games, winning one.
They’ve won just 7 of their 31 matches played so far in the season, 5 draws and 19 defeats, giving them just 26 points at the bottom of the log. Allies have scored 26 goals and allowing 33 into their net.
Inter Allies has 3 matches left in the league with 1 home against Aduana Stars and 2 away games against WAFA and Ashantigold SC.
