Hearts Of Oak team manager who doubles as their physical trainer, W.O Paul Tandoh has threatened to resign if his working conditions at the club are not improved.
Hearts of Oak completed their season double on Sunday at the Accra sports stadium when they defeated Ashantigold on penalties to win the MTN FA Cup having already clinched the league title.
The former Aduana Stars coach believes the management of the club are not proactive enough and it’s making their work difficult.
“As a team manager, there are certain tools I need to ensure my job is going well. Sadly, the management mostly delay in providing such need and it’s making the job difficult for me,” he said in an interview with Kumasi-based Silver FM.
“If things don’t change immediately, I will leave the club now,” he added.
The experience trainer returned to Hearts after leaving three years ago to join Aduana Stars, where he served as assistant to the late Yusif Abubakar and recently Paa Kwesi Fabian.
