Hearts of Oak new signing Gladson Awako is said to take home $2,500 as a months’ salary during his two-year stay with the Phobians.
Hearts signed the playmaker until 2023 from Great Olympics for a transfer fee reported to be around $15,000.
According to Joy sports reporter Haruna Mubarik, the former TP Mazembe man will pocket $2,500, which converts to GHC 15,000 per month.
The club on Monday, August 23 officially announced Awako’s signing together with other five new players via their social media handle.
Gladson Awako was obviously the driving force for Olympics last season, scoring 7 goals and providing 5 assists along with 4 man-of-the-match awards.
