The Senior National Team of Ghana will depart the country on Saturday, September 4 to South Africa for their second Group G game of the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers without seven players.
The team is expected to board a special flight for the trip later today.
Head Coach Charles Kwabla Alonnor will be without Daniel Amartey, Andy Yiadom, Jordan Ayew, injured Jeffrey Schlupp, Daniel Kofi Kyere and Braydon Manu.
The aforementioned players are UK and German based players and will miss the trip on the account of South Africa been placed on the red list of the said countries.
The Black Stars after beating Ethiopia in the first round would want to keep their momentum as they face Bafana Bafana on Monday, September 6.
Ghana lead Group G after the win last Friday while South Africa are on a point following a draw with Zimbabwe.
