Thomas Partey has recorded his first goal for Arsenal since joining the ‘Gunners’ in 2020 from Spanish Club, Athletico Madrid.
It was on the 23rd minute where Partey scored the first goal for Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Friday, 22 October 2021 evening becoming the first Ghanaian to score for Arsenal in the English Premier League.
Partey scored a sensational goal for Ghana in the just ended international break in a 1 – 0 victory over Zimbabwe and after the game the fans of Arsenal tasked him to do the same for his club and at long last he has broken the deadlock.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Emile Smith Rowe contributed the 2 to Arsenal’s 3 – 1 victory.
Arsenal were dorminant in the game ending the first half with 2 – 0 scoreline and kept on dorminating in the second half to grab the third goal until the consolation from Aston Villa’s Jacob Ramsey on the 82nd minute.
Partey made 75 touches and 43 accurate passes representing 82.7 percent.
He enjoyed the full throttle to help Arsenal with 3 – 1 victory over Aston Villa.
Arsenal’s next game will be against Leeds United at the Emirates Stadium.
