The Ghana Football Association has reached total agreement with the title holders of the AFCON for a friendly ahead of the tournament to be staged in Cameroon next year.
Algeria will hold its pre-AFCON 2021 training camp in Doha, Qatar, with two friendly matches scheduled there in preparation for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon against Gambia and Ghana.
The team will fly directly from Qatar to Douala, Cameroon for the AFCON tournament.
The Black Stars will be in Qatar early next year for preparations ahead of the AFCON.
Coach Milovan is hoping to end Ghana’s trophy drought as he leads the team to Cameroon.
The 2022 AFCON will be played from 9th January to 6th January 2022.
