The medical team of the GPL defending champions Accra Hearts of Oak have confirmed that midfield dynamo, Daniel Kodie is set to resume training this afternoon with his teammates after recovering from his career-threatening injury.
The midfielder is declared fit to return on the pitch and he is ready to play.
Kodie has been out of action since 2019 when he suffered a career-threatening injury during the Normalisation Committee Special Competition.
He is now fit to be in his ball boots following a successful surgery last year in South Africa.
“Daniel Kodie will resume full training with the team today at the training grounds this afternoon. He’s now declared fit by doctors and ready to play.” Hearts medical team confirmed.
