The Nigeria senior national men’s team, the Super Eagles departed for Ghana in the early hours of Thursday ahead of their 2022 Qatar FIFIA World Cup play-off first leg tie against the Black Stars of Ghana.
The team is expected to touch down at the Kumasi Airport on Thursday morning ahead of the pre-match press conference latest by 7:30pm on Thursday evening.
Coach Augustine Eguavoen, interim Technical Adviser of the the team will address the press on Thursday evening, and will supervise the team’s mandatory training session at the Baba Yara sports stadium.
The team of super stars departed the Nnamdi Azikiwe international Airport in Abuja for Ghana, and the NFF has released a rather fascinating video of the team’s departure for the admiration of the world.
