FC Brugge right-footed full-back Denis Frimpong Odoi looks to set his Black Stars debut against Nigeria at the Kumasi-Baba Yara Stadium today, 25th March 2022.
Ghana have two absentees for the game with midfielders Edmund Addo and St. Pauli midfielder Daniel-Kofi Kyereh both ruled out of the game due to injuries suffered at the training grounds.
Kyereh, who was one of Ghana’s brightest spots at the 2021 AFCON, did not take part in Thursday’s final training session due to a leg injury. He was filmed being helped to the Ghana bus.
With the duo unavailable for the game, this is how Ghana is expected to line up against the opponents. According to Ghanasportsonline.com Addo could play 4-2-3-1 formation with Richard Ofori will be in the goalpost ahead of Jojo Wollacott.
