Accra Hearts of Oak open the Ghana Premier League (GPL) match week 23 fixtures today at the Accra sports stadium when they host Medeama Sporting Club at 15:HRS GMT.
Hearts of Oak suffered a 1-0 defeat to Medeama at the Tarkwa Akoon Park in the first round of the league, with striker Jojo Obeng Jnr receiving a red card at the latter stages of the game. Former Hearts of Oak defender Vincent Atinga converted a penalty kick that won the match for the Yellow and Mauve.
Coach Samuel Boadu’s side would expect to return to winning ways after drawing at Berekum against Berekum Chelsea in their last match.The match day squad has been revealed.
