Hearts of Oak Board Member and ex-GFA boss, Dr. Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe has expressed worries over referee Kennedy Paddy’s officiating in the game between Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak.
Kotoko snatched the maximum points with a penalty scored by Frank Etouga Mbella after Fabio Gama was fouled in the penalty box of the Phobians.
The Rainbows have aroused a doubt and calling the penalty decision as a dubious following their shocking defeat to their rivals.
After the game, the Board Member and the ex-GFA boss has blasted the referee for poor officiating.
Mr. Tamakloe angrily stated that if this is the level of officiating to be witnessed in the local league then there will be a call for foreign referees.
“The referee today was very useless. If this is the level of officiating we are going to witness from our referees, we will call for foreign referees to games like this. There was no penalty there to take.”
The defeat leaves the Rainbows at the 6th position with 36 points after week 24.
