In what appears a blessing and answered prayers of their numerous supporters ,Asante Kotoko’s prolific attacker, Frank Etouga Mbella has been dropped from the Cameroonian national team ahead of the upcoming AFCON qualifiers as Coach Rigobert Song Bahana named his final 25-man squad to face Kenyan and Burundi next month’s AFCON Qualifiers.
Within a season of joining Asante Kotoko from AS Fortuna de Mfou, he is regarded as the most prolific attacker in the Ghana Premier League.
Cameroon national team will prepare to host Kenya on 4th June 2022 on Matchday one of the AFCON qualifiers in Group H.
Coach Song is spoilt for choice and is said to have told Mbella to continue his good form as he will be given another look in the near future.
