Dorman Base-Aduana Stars General Captain, Emmanuel Akuako has retired from professional football after 14 years with the Ogya boys. Akuako announced his retirement after the just-ended 2021/2022 Ghana Premier League. He joined the Dormaa-based club in 2008.
“I would like to formally tender my retirement from professional football activities after the 2021/2022 Ghana Premier League football season and embark upon a new and exciting chapter in my life”, His statement read.
Akuaku also stated in his letter that, he has enjoyed more since joining the club in Dorman. “I have truly enjoyed my stay here with the club for the past years and I am immensely proud, honored, and fortunate to have represented one of the biggest clubs in Ghana”, he stated.
