Berekum Chelsea goalkeeper Gregory Obeng Sekyere reveals that winning the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League is the utmost objective of the club.
According to the Black Satellites goalkeeper, the club missed out on winning the title which was eventually won by Asante Kotoko, and Berekum Chelsea is aiming at winning the title in the coming season.
“last season we couldn’t achieve our target. Our target is to win the Ghana premier league and it shall come to pass”, Obeng told Akwaaba Radio in an interview.
The young shot-stopper admitted that their failure to win the league title last season posed great disappointment to the fans and the players will do harder in the coming season to accomplish the target.
“We are working towards it because last season we disappointed our fans”, he said.
The 2022/2023 season of the Ghana Premier League kicks off on 9th September 2022, and Chelsea sets sights on the ultimate prize.
