Asante Kotoko coach Mariano Barreto has confirmed there will be some changes in the team ahead of their outstanding game against Bechem United.
According to the Portuguese manager, every player in his team will have to work harder to help build the team.
Mariano in a pre-match video conference via CEEK stated that it takes hard work to build a team and his players will have to work harder towards that.
“There are some changes in the team and I hope the changes will work”, he stated.
“We have talented and interesting players who also belong to the national team, the goalkeeper of the team is a national team goalkeeper as well as some defenders and strikers so in this position we are, it has become a problem and I think this year will going to be a start of new way filling in players for matches”, he said
Asante Kotoko host Bechem United in an outstanding game at the Obuasi Len Clay stadium tomorrow Wednesday, April 7th, and coach Barreto believes his players need to show him that, they are performing well, he also admitted the game isn’t going to be easy at all.
“For me, the most important thing now is for the players to show they are performing well but this doesn’t mean the game is going to be easy”, he added
