Former Asante Kotoko, TP Mezembe midfield dynamo Daniel Nii Adjei has joined premier league side Elmina Sharks football club, the club has announced.
Daniel Nii Adjei has joined the ‘Sharks’ on a one year contract following his controversial departure from King Faisal. The CAF Champions League winner has joined the Elmina based club on free transfer after his contract with Kumasi based King Faisal was terminated by the club following misunderstandings with the club’s hierarchy.
Having won the Ghana Premier League title in his days at Asante Kotoko, and lifting the CAF Super Cup title with WAC of Morocco as well as winning the CAF Champions League title with TP Mezembe, Nii Adjei comes in with much experience to help coach Yaw Acheampon’s side going into the new season.
