Emmanuel Agyemang Badu, Asante Kotoko central defender, glitttered in his maiden game for International Allies in week 15 of the Ghana Premier League.
The central defender was handed a debut game against West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) yesterday at the Accra Sports Stadium after parting ways with Kotoko.
Badu’s addition in the starting lineup provided solidity at the defence of Inter Allies which ensured that Allies finish the game without conceding.
In a very long while, Allies had a win in the league and had to go home with smiles.
Nafiu Sulemana’s powerful header in the second half powered Inter Allies to only their third win of the Season so far.
The technical team handed some of the new players their debuts with Abdul Nassiru Hamzah returning to make his second debut.
Sunday Kalu, Richard Arthur and Emmanuel Agyemang Badu were also handed their starting roles.
