Ghana coach CK Akonnor has announced his squad list for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches against the Falcons of Sudan.
The Black Stars will on Thursday, November 12, 2020 host the North African counterparts in the first fixture of a double header tie at the Cape Coast stadium, before travelling to Khartoum, five days later for the reverse fixture.
Goalkeeper and deputy skipper Richard Ofori has returned to the squad after missing out on the friendly matches against Mali and Qatar played in Antalya, Turkey due to visa acquisition complications.
Premier league side Chelsea left back Baba Abdul Rahman, FC Metz defender John Boye and China based Mubarak Wakaso have all been called up. Also making a return to the team are, Colombus Crew right back Afful Harrison and Crystal Palace winger Jefferey Schlupp.
