Inter Allies goalkeeper Gideon Ahenkorah has extended his stay at the Tema based club for two more seasons in the ongoing transfer window, the club has announced.
Ahenkora played for the club in the 2019/2020 football season after joining the club on a one year deal. His initial one year deal expired at the end of the 2019/2020 football season, and has now extended his deal with the club which will keep him at the club till the end of the 2022 football season.
“We are happy to announce that goalkeeper Gideon Ahenkorah has extended his stay at the club for the next two years”, a club statement announced.
Ahenkora penned the new two years deal on Tuesday ahead of the new campaign, and feels excited over the new step.
““I’m delighted to sign a new contract. I didn’t have to think twice before making the decision to continue playing for this beautiful club and commit my future here”, he told the club’s website.
He featured 8 times from 14 matches for the Capelli Boys in the 2019/20 truncated league.
