Representatives of Turkish construction firm PREFABEX have arrived in Accra to finalize agreement with premier league giants Accra Hearts of Oak for the construction of their Pobiman training project, the club has confirmed.
The officials from Turkey arrived over the weekend and Hearts to sign the agreement with the Phobians for the construction of the long awaited training facilities, which will see the club at the world standard level in terms of football talent development.
A statement released by the club on Monday read, “The Board and Management of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club Limited are pleased to inform the general sporting public, especially, Phobians that the club has selected Turkish construction firm – Prefabex Yapi Teknolojileri San Ve Tic Ltd. (STL) for the construction of the Pobiman Academy project”.
Hearts of Oak’s agreement with PREFABEX is for the construction of the Pobiman ultra modern training complex according to sources, will comprise of staff residence, toilet facilities, swimming pool, locker rooms, training centres, gym, senior housing unit, kitchen etc when completed.
Details of the agreement are yet to be made public pending the finalization of the deal.
