The manager of former Asante Kotoko player (Sam Adams), Nana Amoako Boateng says his client needs to get his card and the rest of his contract sum from Asante Kotoko to be able to secure a club ahead of the upcoming season.
Speaking in an interview with Rockson Adjei – Yeboah on FOX FM, Nana Amoako Boateng disclosed that, he had met the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Asante Kotoko – Nana Yaw Amponsah weeks ago to discuss the mutual termination of his client’s contract but has not been able to reach him two weeks after the meeting.
“I met Nana Yaw Amponsah on the mutual termination of Sam Adams’ contract at Kotoko, the agreement was for Kotoko to give out the remainder of his contract sum to him as well as his card so as to secure a new club ahead of the upcoming season. Meanwhile, I have not been able to reach Nana Yaw Amponsah ever since”.
According to him, his client is worried about how things have been so far and wishes to secure the necessary documents and amount left with Kotoko amicably. “We will settle this issue amicably with the help of the football rules and regulations”.
