Sekondi Hasaacas have announced the signing of former Rail Star FC forward Nicholas Zakli on a free transfer.
The free scoring striker signed a two- year contract with the Giants of the West, a deal that will keep him with the Sekondi based Division One side till January 2022.
Nicholas is a graduate from the Hasaacas Juvenile side (Malavands) where he developed his talent before moving to the third tie side Rail Star for further development. Coming back with the Hasmal blood, Nicholas had been training with the first team of the ‘Doooo!!’ boys for some months where he proved impressive to the technical handlers of the Division One zone two side.
The addition of Nicholas Zakli is expected to yield more results for coach Joseph Agyeman Jnr’s side when the suspended Division One League ever gets back on track after the COVID-19 shut down.
Hassacas placed fourth on the zone two league table after 13 matches before the COVID-19 enforced suspension of the league, losing just one match, winning 7, drawing 5, scoring 20 goals and conceded 9 with 26 points.
