The black satellites of Ghana have reached the semi-final of the ongoing Africa cup of nations in Mauritania and will meet the Gambia for the second time on Monday, 1st March 2021.
Satellites had double training sessions on Saturday (Morning and Evening) ahead of the Semi-Final game against the Gambia scheduled for Monday 1st March 2021 in the ongoing Total -20 AFCON in Mauritania. Training was done at the Stade Cheika Boidiyah
Ghana Will host Gambia at the Conference de Olympique stadium exactly 4:00 pm.
24 players participated in the training session. The good news was seeing Sulemana Mohammed and Benjamin Aloma in full training with the team ahead of the game.
Players like Nataniel Adjei ,Sampson Agyapong and Eric Ansu Appiah are yet to recover to join the team for the rest of the games ,they have been doing individual training to gain their fitness .
Today’s training was more of man to man-marking. Ghana’s Covid-19 test was done in the morning by the CAF medicals team as we await the results tomorrow before the game on Monday
Coach Abdul Karim Zito and team Captain Daniel Afriyie will be at the Pre-Match Conference today at 12:00 pm ahead of the Gambia game. Training for today is scheduled at 4:00 pm at the Stade Olympique.
The good news is that, all players and technical team members have all been paid their owed per diems to boost the boys ahead of game on Monday.
