Coach Yaw Preko has named Emmanuel Toku as the new captain for the Black Satellites as Ghana prepares to participate in the All African Games (AAG) in Morocco.
The former Ghana U-17 playmaker will lead the team for the competition in Rabat following his extraordinary performances for the team in their preparations for the U-20 Africa Youth Championship and WAFU Zone B competitions.
To replaces Issahaku Konda who captained Satellites to the AFCON U-20 youth tournament held in Niger back in February when Ghana failed to advance from the group B.
Coach Yaw Preko and his boys have been camping at the M Plaza hotel in Accra to prepare for the AAG this month and is expected to put up a successful performance to win something good for the nation.
Black Satellites are expected leave Ghana on Tuesday, August 13 for the tournament in Rabat.
