Kayserispor midfielder Bernard Mensah has completed a year loan move to Turkish giants Besiktas ahead of the 2020/2021 league season.
The 25-year old Ghanaian completed the move on Monday after Besiktas reached agreement with Kayserispor for the transfer of the player for one season. Bernard had passed medicals on Monday before signing the deal with the Istanbul side, and is now poised for action as the new season approaches.
Besiktas will pay 500,000 Euros for the loan deal but will pay 4.5 million Euros at the end of the season if they decide to make the deal a permanent one. Per the agreement between both clubs, Beşiktaş will have the first option to buy for a fee of 4.5 million Euros after the expiration of Mensah’s loan deal.
