Ghana coach CK Akonnor has named his starting line up against Sudan in this evening AFCON qualifier, featuring Asante Kotoko right back Christopher Netter, Chelseas’s Baba Abdul Rahman.
Nettey, former Attram de Visser academy star has been given the opportunity to debut for Ghana in an official game, and looks forward to leaving a mark to impress Akonnor and Ghanaians at large.
Strasbourg Centre back Alexander Djiku will partner experienced John Boye as the centre pair, while Baba Rahman operates from the left side of defence.
Goalkeeper Richard Ofori has returned to the posts to face the Falcons after missing Ghana’s two friendlies against Mali and Qatar in Antalya, Turkey due to Visa complications.
