Asante Kotoko SC will go into today’s league fixture without four of its key players.
The Porcupine Warriors are hoping to secure their third win in the 2020/21 season after five matches.
Arguably Ghana’s most successful club, Kotoko, has been engulfed by the deadly COVID-19 pandemic.
Four of Kotoko players were tested positive for COVID-19 and have since been quarantined.
Asante Kotoko goalkeeper and captain, Felix Annan, is among players who tested positive for the deadly disease.
The rest included Central defender, Habib Mohammed, Midfielders, Godfred Asiamah and Latif Anabila.
These players have been immense in the affairs of Asante Kotoko this season with each player played more than two matches in the Premier League.
The Kumasi-based team is in the 12th position with 9 points on the league log after six matches.
