The Board of Asante Kotoko SC has constituted a new Technical committee to search for a new gaffer to manage the club.
The Porcupine Warriors after sacking Maxwell Konadu in what they termed as poor display just five matches in the League did not find his replacement, but Abdulai Gazale and Johnson Smith were made to man the technical affairs of the club.
The Porcupines after some phenomenal showings under the tutelage of coach Johnson Smith, the club has gone three matches in all competition without a win and supporters of the club are now agitating for a new coach.
And the Board of Directors of the club have responded by forming a committee within the Board to help secure the services of a new gaffer for the club.
The Technical committee members include Mr. Kwadwo Boateng Genfi, Alhaji Abu Lamini, Mrs. Evelyn Nsia Asare, Joseph Yaw Adu and Kwasi Osei Fori.
The mandate of the Committee is to investigate into the three shortlisted coaches that will be presented by the Chief Executive Officer, Nana Yaw Amponsah to choose one.
Asante Kotoko is currently occupying the 6th position on the league log with 24 points after 15 matches.
