Former Karela United FC forward Sampson Eduku has achieved a great fit in the National Division One League after involving himself in 13 league goals for Samreboi based outfit Samartex FC.
The 25-year old despite making few games with Samartex 1996 FC has recorded an enviable achievement in the Division One League Zone Two. Eduku joined Samreboi outfit from former Ghana Premier League side Sekondi Hasaacas FC in the second transfer window as a free agent.
He has registered 5 goals with 8 assists having featured eight times since joining the side.
Eduku’s 13 goals involvement has increased his Division One League goals tally to 61, becoming the all time leading goal scoring in the Division One League Zone Two.
The ex-Elmina Sharks attacker in his three year stint with Karela United FC, from 2014-2017 scored 50 goals.
He managed six goals in the 2019/20 league season for Sekondi Hasaacas FC before joining Samartex FC.
Currently, he is the all time top scorer with 61 goals, 18 goals afar from Agyenim Boateng Mensah who has scored 43 goals sitting second.
Karela United FC talisman Diawisie Taylor sit 3rd with 42 goals.
