The Hearts of Oak manager has highlighted the eagerness of his players as one of the reasons behind the Phobians 1-0 win over Asante Kotoko on Sunday.
Samuel Boadu although admitted the victory is a had fought one, he also commended his charges for being tactically discipline in the crunch fixture.
Hearts of Oak beat their bitter rivals to extend their lead at the top of the table by three points as the Rainbow lads journey on to their first league title in 12 years.
“This is a normal game, I told you earlier we don’t have problem with Asante Kotoko. It’s a big team, we do respect them a lot,” Boadu told reporters after the game.
“And with the game, my boys were tactically disciplined. They were eager for a win over Kotoko”

Hearts are now three matches away from clinching the ultimate. At the moment they are on 59 points and need two wins out of the remaining games.
